  • 1) Fill in the contact form (before purchasing the Custom Order) to let me know your idea, or the requirements and directions to find out if it will be possible for me to make what you have in mind

    2) Purchase the 'Custom item' product and fill in all discussed personalisation and customisations

    3) Allow 7 working days for creation of the first draft of your custom product

    4) I will send you images of what I created and you will have two rounds of feedback to request any changes. 

    5) Your custom order will be dispatched within 3 days from accepting the final design by you
